Aragonese Castle: where history and art meet

Its impossible to plan a holiday in Ischia without thinking about visiting the Aragonese Castle.
Built in 1441 by Alfonso of Aragon, today, after twenty-five centuries of history among churches, convents, prisons, lush gardens and breathtaking viewpoints suspended between sky and sea in an atmosphere out of time, continues to be the most significant symbol of the island.
Here, history and art meet, for a timeless experience.
